Interactive 3D Restaurant Receptionist & Hospitality Booking Prototype

I am looking for an experienced 3D developer / interactive experience developer to create a prototype of an interactive 3D receptionist for a restaurant/hospitality environment. The concept is to have a virtual 3D receptionist who can interact with visitors and provide information about the property, restaurant, rooms, dining facilities, availability, and booking options. The prototype should ideally include: An attractive interactive 3D environment representing the restaurant/property. A 3D virtual receptionist/avatar positioned at the reception area. Interactive conversation or menu-based interaction with the receptionist. Ability for the user to ask for or select information about the restaurant and property. Restaurant information, facilities, services, and general building information. Information about available rooms, room types, facilities, and pricing/availability as demo data. Dining table availability and a basic table-booking flow using demo data. Room-booking flow using demo data. Interactive navigation/exploration of the building or selected areas. A professional and modern UI integrated with the 3D environment. The system should be designed in a way that real booking/database/API integration can be added later. This is initially a prototype/demo, so real payment processing and live booking integration are not required unless discussed separately. The main goal is to demonstrate how a visitor could enter the 3D environment, interact with the virtual receptionist, explore the property, check rooms or dining availability, and proceed through a booking experience. I am open to suggestions regarding the technology, such as Unity, Unreal Engine, Three.js/WebGL, or another suitable technology, depending on the proposed experience.
