1. Platform Use and Nature

ProjectsBazaar is a connection marketplace for projects, prototypes, hardware kits, software templates, custom requirements, and expert builder directories. We facilitate listings and direct developer connections between students, freelancers, startups, and businesses.

Platform Disclaimer: ProjectsBazaar acts solely as a discovery platform. We are not a party to, nor responsible for, any agreements, delivery, code quality, or safety of transactions conducted directly between buyers and sellers. Users are solely responsible for verifying the legality, ownership, and scope of all projects.

2. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

ProjectsBazaar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

3. Payments, Billing & Escrow

All platform payments (e.g. purchasing listing packages, requirement packages, profile expert plans, and listing boosts) are processed securely through Razorpay. These fees are final and non-refundable, paid directly to ProjectsBazaar for platform features.

No Buyer-to-Seller Escrow: Payments made on the platform are exclusively for listing/boosting and expert subscription services. ProjectsBazaar does not offer escrow or payment holdings for direct transactions between users. Any project transaction payments, hardware component fees, or custom development balances must be resolved directly between the buyer and the seller.

4. User Conduct & Academic Integrity

Users are strictly prohibited from posting unauthorized, stolen, or copied project files, illegal software tools, unsafe hardware components, or any items violating intellectual property rights.

Academic Integrity Notice: All projects, templates, guides, and services listed on ProjectsBazaar are provided strictly for educational study, learning references, prototypes, or developer templates. Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing the platform for academic misconduct, plagiarism, or submitting another user's work as their own where prohibited by their institution. ProjectsBazaar does not guarantee college acceptance, marks, project approvals, or specific grades.

Users agree to:

• Ensure they own the right or licenses to any code/files they list
• Deliver agreed-upon work on direct contracts on time
• Not claim stolen, plagiarized, or copied work as original builds
• Communicate professionally and transparently through our platform
• Not offer unsafe hardware/software designs

Admin reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between buyers and sellers, ProjectsBazaar provides a mediation process. Users agree to attempt resolution through our platform before pursuing external legal action.

ProjectsBazaar's decision in dispute resolution is final and binding, subject to applicable laws.

6. Disclaimer

ProjectsBazaar does not guarantee the accuracy of help provided by community experts. All project listings are "as-is" from the sellers.

ProjectsBazaar is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of content they post. By posting content, users grant ProjectsBazaar a license to display and distribute it on our platform.

ProjectsBazaar respects intellectual property rights and will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices.

8. Changes to Terms

ProjectsBazaar reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
